Royal Victoria College are $9,936.32 for a regular single room and $9,142.22 for a regular double room. The rates at
University Hall and
Prez Rez are $8,702.47 for a regular single room and $8,002.30 for a double room. These rates do not include the cost of a mandatory residential meal plan. Meal plan rates for the 2014–2015 academic year, from September 1 to April 30, will be the same as those used in 2013–2014, ranging from $5,050 to $5,600.
At the New Residence Hall and
Carrefour Sherbrooke, room rates are $10,963.11 per person for a regular single room and $9,573.43 per person for a regular double room. At
La Citadelle, room rates are $11,300.39 for a regular single room with full bathroom and $9,885.09 for a regular double room with full bathroom. These rates do not include the cost of a mandatory meal plan. Meal plan rates for the 2014–2015 academic year, from September 1 to April 30, will be the same as those used in 2013–2014, ranging from $5,050 to $5,600. The rooms of the above mentioned residences are based on an 8 1/4 month lease.
The rooms in Solin Hall are leased on an 11 1/4 month basis: August 24 to July 31. The room rates are $11,213.96 for a regular single room in a shared apartment and $11,889.30 to $12,797.51 for a studio (single occupancy) apartment. Residents of Solin Hall are also enrolled in a voluntary $300 commuter meal plan, from which they have the choice to opt out.
Units in Greenbriar Apartments are also leased on an 11 1/4 month basis: August 24 to July 31. The rates are $9,059.87 per person for a regular double apartment and $12,913.95 for a studio (single-occupancy) apartment. Residents of Greenbriar are also enrolled in a voluntary $300 commuter meal plan, from which they have the choice to opt out.
Shared-facilities houses are also leased on an 11 1/4 month basis: August 24 to July 31. Room rates range from $8,105.08 to $10,235.89 for a double room, depending on the dimensions of the room. The rates for a single room range from $10,561.91 to $12,320.12. Residents of shared-facility houses are also enrolled in a voluntary $300 commuter meal plan, from which they have the choice to opt out.
