Core Courses
This Department contributes to the multidisciplinary curriculum components of Fundamentals of Medicine and Dentistry (FMD; formerly Basis of Medicine (BOM)), and Transition to Clinical Practice (TCP; formerly Introduction to Clinical Medicine (ICM)). RADD 301 Radiology - Transition to Clinical Practice.
(1) (Restriction(s): Open only to students in the M.D.,C.M. program.) The normal radiological anatomy covered in the Fundamentals of Medicine and Dentistry. A one-week rotation that includes a practical approach to common clinical problems. The students will spend time in the MUHC hospitals and the JGH hospital radiology departments and will be exposed to common pathologies of the chest, abdomen, musculoskeletal, neurologic and pediatric subspecialties.
